Personal Statement:
Our constitution is the oldest living documentthat still stands today because of the work of attorneys and judicial servants on both defense and prosecution teams. I look at my job as part of a very important responsibility to our country and to every client that depends on me to defend him. Sex crime cases are the ultimate test of our judicial system to try people accused of alleged crimes. The emotions and prejudices associated with the mere accusation of rape or abuse make these dangerous cases for the client who can easily by sent to prison for a crime he did not commit.
Area of Practice:
95% of my experience is in defending clients charged with criminal offences. I have also represented clients in federal court where there are fewer cases, but more vigorous prosecution and high-stakespunishments in federal prisons for those found guilty.
