Defending Against False Allegations of Sexual Molestation:
Syndrome Evidence and Junk Science

This fourth of the Accused.com five part series gives attorneys and mental health professionals the scientific knowledge and courtroom tactics needed to defend those facing junk science in their cases. The Accused.com faculty have used the “Child Sexual Abuse Accommodation Syndrome” and an example of the junk science folks often face in these difficult cases. Dr. Randy Rand, a noted California psychologist and Ms. Carin Johnson an experienced bay area attorney join Mr. Clancy to demonstrate how to present and debunk junk science. Using actual prosecution courtroom testimony, as well as a presentation format developed by the Clancy Litigation Group, this seminar provides step by step training in how to take on junk science like the “Child Sexual Abuse Accommodation Syndrome” and teach judges and juries how to see through it.
